ABOUT
A brief history
I started my career in Gien, France where I completed my chef apprenticeship at the Michelin starred Hotel du Rivage. It was there when I decided that I would like to relocate to Scotland, a country that I had always loved. Soon after my arrival, I was successful in gaining employment at the French Consulate. During my time there I looked after the Scottish Free French House, which is the official residence of the Consul General in Edinburgh. I was in charge of preparing all meals for the Consul General and his family, planning and preparing food for the visiting dignitaries, including international political ambassadors, politicians, royalty and celebrities. Other duties within the residence were to make sure all areas were spotlessly clean and maintain the large garden, which was used to host cocktail parties.

After 16.5 years of service, I decided that I wanted to tailor my skills and work with people who may require extra support in order to maintain an independent life within their local community.
